As a Concessions Technology and Operations Associate, you will help with the user experience of mobile ordering at Levi’s® Stadium by collecting feedback, suggesting improvements, educating fans, and troubleshooting the 49ers App on our fans' mobile devices.
You are the face of Levi's® Stadium's mobile ordering and concessions experience. You will be tasked with troubleshooting point-of-sale technology throughout the stadium, escorting staff, and preparing the concourse to accept 68,000 guests into the building. With your customer service savvy and empathetic personality, you will be a critical part of the guest experience revolution and contribute to the success of the mobile ordering experience – integrating cutting-edge technology into the next-generation sports venue.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Become a subject matter expert on mobile app functionality (ticketing login, ordering food & beverage, managing wallet, etc.)
* Provide suggestions and improvements on the mobile app experience
* Troubleshoot point-of-sale technology
* Take orders and payments in line queues with mobile point-of-sale devices
* Assist in preparing the areas for events
* Provide public assistance with the venue’s mobile app (49ers App)
* Deliver upon the Levi’s® Stadium’s Core Values, Common Purpose, and Service Promise
* Greet, assist, and communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner and assist with mobile ordering and ticketing
* Provide feedback on stadium technology based on personal experiences and guest interactions
* Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of smartphone functionality (both Android and iOS)
* Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues
* Excellent people skills and a knack for problem-solving
* A service-oriented approach in all interactions with guests, corporate partners, and fellow team members
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Work well as part of a large team in a fast-paced environment
* Work most, if not all, 49er home games at Levi’s Stadium for 8-10 hours.
* Additional dates may be required as needed.
* Must be available for in-person training sessions in July/August (dates to be determined)
* Must be at least 18 years of age
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
* Previous experience with troubleshooting technology is a plus
* Experience with Google Sheets and Slack is a plus
