Bardstown, KY

Full-time | 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation

$18.75 per hour

Job Description

Staffmark is partnering with a reputable company in Bardstown to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative . In this vital role, you will support the sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences to both English and Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders and prepare product quotes
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and accurately in both English and Spanish
• Manage inventory records and coordinate with various departments
• Maintain timely and clear communication internally and externally

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience in customer service or automotive parts manufacturing (preferred, not required)
