Impex Auto Sales is currently seeking to hire 1 Experienced Service Advisor to assist with their ever expanding customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the company’s standards of ethical business practices, customer service, employee and community relations
• Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as appropriate
• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
• Oversee/monitor technicians work, their time vs efficiency, parts ordering, job completion times
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions
• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations
• Oversee and participate in quality control

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in service advisor role.
• Proficient with computers/industry equipment
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess adaquet people/multitasking skills

Schedule:

• 8 hour day shift
