Position Title: Attorney
Stone, Glass & Connolly, LLP is accepting resumes from attorneys with at least three (3) years of premises liability defense experience for its Miami-area office. The position will primarily include defending general premises liability insurance defense matters. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with the senior attorney to develop case strategies
- Representing clients in court hearings, legal proceedings, and discovery
- Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
- Conducting legal research and analysis
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
