Who You Are & The Impact You Will Have:

The 3D Designer will play an integral role by providing in-house modeling discipline in partnership with the Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Design teams. This role is crucial to external marketing through visualizations of our expansive campuses and world class facilities. This position will lead efforts to create creating animations, VR-walkthroughs, and 360 Tours to elevate the visualization experience for an array of audience bases. What You Will Do:

Develop 3D visualizations and experiences for projects in various stages of design

Contribute to the development of 3D Environments in Twinmotion or Unreal according to geo-localization characteristics of the project.

Participate in the creation of high-quality props, buildings, vegetation and terrain assets according to design specifications and technical requirements.

Refinement and optimization of 3d assets for implementation in large scenes.

Collaborate with Senior 3D Designer on leveraging artistic insight on photorealistic visuals by curating lighting, composition, and a unique environmental storytelling for each campus.

Actively engage on discovery work by testing and incorporating new workflows, different software and AI tools to stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies

Qualifications

What You Will Need to be Successful:

5+ years of experience as 3D Visualizer, 3D Artist or similar role.

Portfolio showcasing previous work.

Background in Architecture, Interior Design or Civil Engineering

Demonstrated expertise in with Autodesk software (3dsmax and Revit)

Expertise working with V-ray or Corona rendering using a PBR asset creation pipeline.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret architectural drawings and specifications, including electrical and mechanical layouts.

Proficient with standard industry tools like Adobe Photoshop, Premier and After Effects.

Nice To Have:

Specific experience in visualization experiences including virtual tours developed in Unreal.
